A Home for the Holidays 2021

A Home for the Holidays 2021 – a celebration of adoption in Ventura County will be a virtual event taking place on Thursday evening, November 4th at 6pm, via Facebook Live, YouTube and our official event page.

Our hosts for the evening will be Dave Daniels from Ventura’s 100.7 FM (KHAY) and Wendy Lerian, Adoption Advocate & Mrs. USA Universal 2021. Highlights from the event will include testimonials from families that have participated in and benefited from K&FT programs. In addition, the 2021 Founders’ Award will be presented to the Gene Haas Foundation for their generous support of our many Resource Family Gift Away Events.

This year’s event will be produced by James Lantienge, the Executive Director of the House of Magic Foundation for the Arts located in Santa Paula. James was also a Producer and the Director of Photography for the 2019 motion picture “A Rock N’ Roll Heart”, which was filmed entirely in Ventura. 

We serve hundreds of families each year to help them stay emotionally connected. This fundraising event will help further and expand the programs at Kids & Families Together. Our programs help provide therapy, support, education, and gift~away events to foster/resource, kinship, adoptive, and birth families served by Kids & Families Together.
