Power struggles happen every day in every home, between children and parents, siblings, spouses, co-workers and at work. It is the main misbehavior of childhood that we never stop doing into adulthood. Learn how to recognize and disengage from a power struggle and learn the eight steps to take to disengage when you are in the midst of one. Also learn how to lessen or prevent power struggles in the future. These methods are appropriate for use with children of all ages, even those who come in “adult” bodies! Come and benefit from Pam’s 35 years of teaching in the public and private sectors as well as her personal experience of raising her 3 birth children and 3 grandchildren.
Participants will receive credit for 2 hours of training upon completion of the class.
