Back-to-School Event

With River Community Church, our annual Back to School Gift~Away event will take place on August 14, 2021 from 10:30am -12:30pm in Ventura.

This will be a drive-thru event and children with their families will receive backpacks filled with back to school supplies and other donations.

Welcome to K&FT

Kids & Families Together is a nonprofit support, education, and counseling resource center that provides services for individuals and families in foster/resource care, kinship care, legal guardianship, adoption, as well as birth families. K&FT is a division of PathPoint, which is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides Developmental Disability Services, Behavioral Health Services, and Child & Family Services to people with a unique set of needs in Central and Southern California.
