Many of you attended our inaugural “A Home for the Holidays” fundraising event last November. It was, for us, a tremendous success and we are thrilled to invite you to participate in a virtual event for Kids & Families Together, “A Home for the Holidays” via Facebook live or YouTube. This year we are also proud to honor Rincon Brewery Ventura & World Central Kitchen with our “founder’s award” for their amazing partnership with our meal distribution.

We opened our doors 20 years ago this past January and had planned on celebrating this milestone
throughout the year. Unfortunately, we are suffering the fate of many and have had to cancel our celebratory
events and fundraisers.

In spite of these challenges, we are pleased to report the following:

• We continue to provide full services to our families/clients through all of our programs (none of our
programs have been canceled because of COVID);
• In partnership with Rincon Brewery and Central World Kitchen we provided over 20,000 meals to Kids &
Families Together families and an additional 40,000 meals to Children and Family Services families and
local farmworkers (April 20 – June 30, 2020);
• We continue to offer “drive through” events to provide much needed resources to our families.
