Donation Form

On July 1, 2024, Kids & Families Together merged with PathPoint. As a new division of PathPoint, Kids & Families Together will retain its name and all current contracted services. Together, our organizations look forward to expanding the continuum of mental health and child and family related support available in the Central Coast. We are stronger together!

Please see below for the new donation form for the merged organization. Please note that you can still donate directly to Kids & Families Together and specifically to the Heart 2 Heart Program by selecting these under the “Please direct my support” dropdown.
