On July 1, 2024, Kids and Families Together merged with PathPoint, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that supports people with developmental disabilities, people with people with mental health diagnoses, and young adults to live the life they choose. Three members of K&FT’s Board of Directors – Crystal Cummings, Mary Galvin, and Sharon Watts Wooley (current Board Chair) – have joined PathPoint’s Board.

Welcome to K&FT

Kids & Families Together is a nonprofit support, education, and counseling resource center that provides services for individuals and families in foster/resource care, kinship care, legal guardianship, adoption, as well as birth families. K&FT is a division of PathPoint, which is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides Developmental Disability Services, Behavioral Health Services, and Child & Family Services to people with a unique set of needs in Central and Southern California.
